    Speedy Chicken Patties

    2 (14.75 oz) cans chicken, drained
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    2 eggs
    5 saltines, crushed
    1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper
    1/4 t. powdered chicken bouillon
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    2 tsp butter or margarine

    In a bowl, combine the first nine ingredients; mix well. Shape into 6 patties (may add extra egg to help patties stay together). In a skillet, fry patties in margarine over med. heat for 3-4 minutes on each side or until heated through. Serve with gravy & all your other favorite chicken dinner sides.
