    Old Fashioned Irish Beef Stew

    Agvhaluyasda waga hawiya usdi idigvdi. Isa ale ama ditlisdodi, diquayoda ale paprika. Utlisda gvnisdodi goi uwodige onutlistana. Wasuyada svgi agvhaluyv ale tlaga vgvnisdodi.     Old Fashioned Irish Beef Stew

    2 1/2 lb lean beef (chuck)
    2 tbsp flour
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/4 tsp paprika
    3 tbsp oil
    1 onion, chopped
    6 sm. carrots
    8 potatoes
    1 dessert spoon parsley

    Cut beef into 2 inch cubes. Mix flour w/ salt, pepper & paprika. Brown quickly in oil. Add onion, chopped & brown a few minutes longer. Sprinkle over meat & remaining flour mixture; stir. Add enough hot water just to cover meat. Cover & simmer two hours or until tender.
